About Panchachuli Base Camp
Use Panchachuli Base Camp as a key stop in a custom Uttarakhand itinerary. The destination works especially well for travellers interested in darma valley trekking, while nearby places can be combined according to road conditions, weather and available time.
Panchachuli Base Camp is best known for darma valley trekking. A well-paced visit usually takes 3-5 days, giving travellers time to trek through darma valley villages, see the panchachuli glacier and peaks, experience homestays around dugtu and dantu.
The generally preferred travel period is may to june and september to october, weather dependent. The trip can also be combined with Dugtu, Dantu, Dharchula, depending on weather, road conditions and the number of days available.
