By using this website, requesting a quotation, making a payment or confirming a service, you agree to these terms and to the specific conditions written in your quotation or booking confirmation.

The person making a group booking is responsible for sharing the relevant itinerary, payment conditions and travel requirements with every traveller included in the booking.

We assist with custom Uttarakhand itineraries, taxis, airport transfers, Jim Corbett safari coordination, accommodation, pilgrimage travel and related local arrangements. Some services are delivered by independent hotels, drivers, guides, booking authorities and activity operators.

Website itineraries, photographs and descriptions are examples only. Your final inclusions depend on dates, traveller count, budget, availability, road access and the written quotation accepted by you.

A website form, WhatsApp message or verbal discussion is an enquiry and does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Prices and availability may change until the required payment is received and written confirmation is issued.

You must check names, dates, pickup details, vehicle type, rooms, safari zone, inclusions and exclusions before payment. Notify us promptly if any information is incorrect.

The quotation will state the payment amount, schedule and accepted method. A booking may be released if payment is not received within the stated time. Any bank, card or payment-platform charge is payable as described during payment.

Do not transfer money to an account or contact not confirmed through our official phone number or email address shown on this website.

Change, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the confirmed service and the rules of the relevant hotel, safari authority, vehicle provider or other supplier. The applicable conditions will be communicated with the quotation or booking confirmation.

Cancellation charges already imposed by a supplier, permits already issued, payment charges and services already used may be non-refundable. Approved refunds, if any, are processed after applicable supplier deductions and may take time to reach the original payment method.

Safari entry is controlled by the relevant forest authority. Zones, gates, timings, vehicles and permits are subject to official availability and rules. Wildlife sightings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed.

Char Dham, Hemkund Sahib, Adi Kailash, Om Parvat, trekking, rafting, snow and other high-altitude or adventure travel may require registration, permits, identification, medical fitness, suitable equipment and acceptance of operator rules. Travellers must honestly assess their health and seek medical advice where appropriate.

You are responsible for carrying valid identification, permits, tickets, medicines and any documents required for the journey. Arrive at the agreed pickup or reporting point on time and follow safety, environmental, religious, hotel, vehicle and government rules.

Extra cost caused by incorrect information, missed reporting times, route changes requested by the traveller, excessive luggage, damage, misconduct or services outside the confirmed itinerary may be charged separately.

Mountain travel can be affected by rain, snow, landslides, traffic, road closure, forest restrictions, strikes, government orders, natural disasters, public-health events and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

We may adjust an itinerary where reasonably necessary for safety or operation. Any additional accommodation, transport or supplier cost resulting from such an event will be discussed with the traveller and handled according to the relevant supplier conditions.

We will provide confirmed services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for an independent supplier's act or omission, loss caused by the traveller, unavoidable events, personal valuables, wildlife behaviour, or delays outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Concerns should be reported promptly during the trip so that a reasonable attempt can be made to assist.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. The parties should first try to resolve a concern through good-faith communication, subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Uttarakhand.
